Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand our procedures in case you wish to cancel an order or seek a refund.


Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Customers have the option to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at the provided phone number or email address.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Cancellation by Everlive India:

  • Everlive India reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If an order is canceled by Everlive India, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will be processed only for eligible products that meet our return criteria, such as:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

Return Conditions (Important):

  • Refund/return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If the container seal (Pachak container) is opened, the product cannot be returned.
  • If the plastic packaging is opened, the product cannot be returned.
  • If 5 days have passed after delivery, the product cannot be returned, even if unopened.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, defect, or wrong product.
  • If no unboxing video or proof is provided, the return/refund will not be accepted, unless there is clear proof of a wrong product sent or a major issue from our side.

Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via phone or email.
  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method will be arranged in consultation with the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products
  • Products with opened seal or opened plastic packaging
  • Products without unboxing proof (video)
